Battle & Vaught, PA, was created in 1993 to give our clients a practical approach to solving legal problems in northeastern South Carolina. We handle cases in Federal and State Courts. We are located in Conway, SC, the county seat for Horry County. Conway is twenty minutes from the City of Myrtle Beach and less than an hour from the City of Georgetown.

Our primary areas of expertise are commercial litigation,  insurance defense, real estate foreclosure and related litigation, alternative dispute resolution, and governmental law.  The majority of our clients are financial institutions, regional and national businesses, and state, county, and municipal governments.
